Best-selling and award-winning author and TEDx speaker Reena Vokoun will talk about the foundations of fitness in midlife. Reena is a certified health and wellness expert and the founder of Passion Fit.

The power of Pilates in midlife (even if you've never done it before!) 

Founder of Menopause Pilates, Dinah Siman, will be talking about doing pilates in midlife.

Dinah views menopause as an opportunity for powerful, positive and long-lasting change. Her extensive studies and experience enable her to help women improve their health and wellbeing during the stages of menopause.

New routines and finding time for fitness 

Experienced fitness instructor Jacqueline Hooton guides us through finding time for fitness.

Having craved peace and a better work/life balance for some time, when her children left home, Jacqueline took the opportunity to create ‘Her Garden Gym’, a personal training studio and peaceful haven for busy women.

The Kitchen Prescription: food for gut health 

Gastroenterologist Dr Saliha Mahmood Ahmed, will share food for boosting your gut health. Saliha was the winner of MasterChef 2017 and is a regular on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen. She has also published several books, her most recent being  'The Kitchen Prescription'.

The good gut connection: gut health and nutrition 

Sophie Medlin talks us through gut health and nutrition. Sophie is a well-recognised consultant dietitian, founder of CityDietitians and the Chair of the British Dietetic Association for London. Sophie is a go-to spokesperson for media when it comes to evidence-based nutrition, regularly featuring in print, broadcast and social media.​

Nourish your body: Nutrition for weight management 

Nigel Denby has specialised in menopause for over 20 years and is the author of no less than ten books. Nigel’s diet and nutrition mantra is simple: No fads, no gimmicks and no quick fixes – just good, evidence-based nutrition.

Simple steps to prevent diabetes as you age 

Award-winning dietitian and diabetes specialist Fareeha Jay will share with us some simple steps to prevent diabetes as you age. Fareeha is passionate about spreading knowledge and awareness to empower people to make healthy food and lifestyle choices.

Menopause 101: the info you really need to know 

GP, menopause specialist and author Dr Naomi Potter will cover all you need to know about the menopause. Dr Potter partnered with Davina McCall for her award-winning book ‘Menopausing’, and she believes passionately, as we do, that women should have access to clear, evidence-based information to help them make informed choices on managing menopause.

The journey through breast cancer and menopause 

Dr Alison Macbeth is a Breast Speciality Doctor and accredited British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist. She has been a GP with a special interest in Women’s Health and Genito-Urinary medicine since 1999 and is passionate about meeting the often overlooked needs of women in all stages of treatment and recovery from breast cancer and also those with a high-risk family history of breast cancer.

The secrets of bone health (and why you really do need to care about your bones) 

Dr Laura Flexer and Dr Kuki Avery from The Chelvney Menopause Group are GPs and Menopause specialists who are passionate about women accessing individualised, evidence-based menopause care.

The past, present and future of women's health 

Women’s health specialist GP, TV doctor, medical educator, campaigner, and author Dr Nighat Arif will speak on the past, present and future of women’s health. Dr Arif has over 15 years of experience in the NHS and private practice and recently published her book ‘The Knowledge: Your Guide to Female Health – from Menstruation to the Menopause’.

Sleep unlocked: the secrets to good slumber 

Prof Guy Leschziner will share the secrets of a good night’s sleep. Professor Leschziner is a Consultant Neurologist and a Professor of Neurology and Sleep Medicine at King’s College, London. He is a published author and has presented two series on the brain and sleep for BBC radio, and you may recognise him from "The Secrets of Sleep" on Channel 4.

All you need to know about HRT (if you're considering taking it)
