Principal dentist Dr Jeremy Bliss graduated from UCL Dental School and has built up a wealth of experience from over 30 years in General Practice. Dr Bliss specialises in treating complicated multidisciplinary cases, including patients with severe tooth wear. He formulates a complete solution to take care of a patient from start to finish.
Dr Bliss has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic care, including specialised Implant Dentistry which could incorporate Guided Bone Regeneration and CEREC one-visit crowns. His experience has led him to become a member of the International Team for Implantology. His cosmetic work includes veneers, tooth whitening and Invisalign clear braces.
Dr Bliss is a Founder Member of Pandora Dental, an independent think tank dedicated to researching and implementing the safest care for patients.
Bliss Dental has now reopened and we will be offering the full range of dental treatment from 22nd June 2020. Due to the spread of COVID-19 and the need to protect the public as well as dental professionals from the spread of the virus we will be using enhanced PPE as well as the many layers of protection provided by our virus killing air purification equipment. Your safety is our prime concern as well as a Blissful experience.
If you are shielding we still remain available during business hours for advice, prescription of antibiotics and if you need to attend for treatment we can make special provision for treatment as the first patient of the day.

We will continue to look after our patients whether shielding or not and we are still here for you if you have any concerns.
The usual cost of a full dental examination including an oral cancer screen and two digital X-rays is £120
The day before your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text or email.
During your first visit, we will ask you to complete a comprehensive medical history to ensure we have a complete picture of your health and medication. Following this, you will be escorted to a treatment room to carry out a full examination, which will take about 30 minutes.
We will ask if any teeth or gums are bothering you before taking two digital X-rays, followed by a comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums, jaw muscles, face and neck, and the soft tissues of your mouth and throat. We will ask about lifestyle factors such as smoking and alcohol consumption, which affect the risk of throat cancer.
If you require an implant assessment, a comprehensive implant examination will be carried out, and you may need to be referred to a scanning centre to have a 3D scan of your jaw.
If treatment is required, a plan will be devised and a further appointment arranged.
