This website was born out of our Facebook group, which was set up in 2016, as a virtual coffee shop for all women over 40. It currently has over 20,000 members from 65 countries around the world.
If you are not already a member, we would love you to join the Facebook Group so you can keep right up to date with all the latest conversations. You can also follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Linkdin.
The Latte Lounge is a warm and casual place to find support and a sense of community- somewhere that all women over 40 can chat, ask questions, share tips, advice, experience and news.
With the website hosting a variety of blogs, a business directory, discounts, offers and a jobs board, I am sure The Latte Lounge will shortly become your go-to resource for all things midlife.
We also host monthly podcasts on Radio Gorgeous as well as running an annual calendar of Live Latte Lounge Events for members to meet up, network, learn, relax and have fun.

As we grow and develop this platform, we do it with two aims; to support all women in whatever way they need and to raise money for womens cancer research, by supporting our charity partner, The Eve Appeal.
